All 3 words are linked with people or places and are often confused or muddled up.
“Meet” is used when we meet someone for the first time. So you in your first Cambly lesson you will meet with your tutor.
“Know” is used when we have knowledge or information about someone or something. I know that my students sometimes confuse the meanings of words. You know that Cambly tutors are available 24/7 and you can call from any device or computer.
When we see a person or place we spend time there or with them and interact with them. At the beginning of the lesson, you can say that it’s nice to see you again.
Remember when we meet someone it is for the first time, and after that we see them and to know them we must have information about them.
